The hotel was budget and the room was updated. Venue was perfectly clean. Pool was very clean too. Positioned in the beautiful area. Good restaurant provided local dishes.

It is a low-budget property located in Butler Beach district just next door to the beach as well as real good Restaurant with a bar that had music on Friday & Saturday night.

The HOTel was cheap, we liked pleasant staff.

A brilliant stay and good value. The location and staff were great, we liked this fairly basic hotel. Near the beach that was secluded. Lovely bedrooms with great beds.

Staff were courteous, hotel was fairly clean, set in fairly nice area short walk to a restaurant, the beach and stores and public beach. Breakfast with bananas, Saran Wrap apples.

good value considering prices in st. augustine. glorious view, a good balcony, fine bed, too. the staff did all they can for a restful stay. outdoor bar and well-maintained pool. the beach restaurant was affordable with lots of meals in the menu.

It is a quaint hotel and I loved its non-smoking rooms and very pleasant personnel.

Unbeatable location, extremely friendly staff and fairly clean hotel. The deluxe king room we were provided was non smoking. Within walking distance of the beautiful beach. Basic facilities and the pool was amazing

The hotel was great value for money. It's a deluxe venue in St. Augustine. The bed was comfy, best sleep ever. WiFi was available too.
